AFM Recommended Parking Lots:

Lot 4 South – 2030 Ocean Avenue (1,100 spaces available)

• This is an AFM Shuttle Stop – serviced by purple route.

Lot 5 South – 2600 Barnard Way (700 spaces available)

• Use as overflow parking if Lot 4 is full. Adjacent to Lot 4 and a short walk to the AFM Shuttle stop.

South Beach Parking

• Flat rate of $7 – $12 depending on day with no in/out privileges
• Operating Hours: Open daily 7am – 6pm*
• Overnight parking is NOT ALLOWED in either lot.

*General parking at Lot 4 South and Lot 5 South is prohibited from Sunset to Midnight. However, participants who park in either lot will receive an AFM Parking Placard to waive this restriction.

The Placard along with instructions on placement will be distributed at the Le Méridien Delfina, on AFM Shuttle buses along the Purple Route and from kiosk parking attendants at the South Beach Lot. The placard is not a parking permit and will not allow in/out privileges.

Other Public Parking Rates: Hourly rates vary at each lot, ranging from $1 – $3.75 per hour with a maximum daily charge of up to $25. These lots do not offer in/out privileges.
