*Please Note the Office Assignment Protocol: Returning Exhibitors, those who participated in AFM 2025, who meet the Early Assignment deadline will receive priority placement, in the order requests are received. New Exhibitors assignments will follow, also in the order received.

Meeting Tables

Meeting Tables are centrally located in the Exhibitor Pavilion on P1, one level below the main Market lobby and easily accessible via the front escalators.

The Meeting Table package includes: 1 table, 4 chairs, access to a divider and electricity, and 2 Exhibitor Badges. Limited to one table per company.

Companies seeking a more enclosed meeting environment may request placement within a shared Office with two other Meeting Table Exhibitors instead of the open-floor Pavilion location. Please indicate that preference on your Meeting Table Agreement.
