Thomas Molter is a global entertainment executive with over 30 years of creative, business, and operational leadership experience. He designs tailored strategies across markets and industry segments that drive record revenue, foster innovation, and motivate diverse global teams. In 2020, Thomas founded Insomnify, Inc., a strategic entertainment consulting firm. Insomnify advises global distributors, production companies, exhibitors, digital platforms and tech firms on new business and growth opportunities. He also develops and produces theatrical, television and digital productions that appeal to global audiences. Previously, Thomas served as Head of International Theatrical Distribution for Warner Bros. Pictures. In this role, he directed distribution strategy and operations across more than 125 territories for blockbusters, specialty titles, and local productions. His prio leadership includes serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Worldwide All Media for the Motion Picture Association, where he pioneered industry-first initiatives to expand global business and set policy.
