Shuttles: Complimentary shuttle service is available from the Civic Center Parking Structure and Lot 4 South to the Loews and Le Merigot hotels from 7:00am to 10:00pm beginning Tuesday, October 31.
Parking: Due to extremely limited valet parking at the Loews and Le Merigot Hotels, the AFM encourages attendees to utilize the public parking options available throughout the city. There are over 6,200 parking spaces near the AFM.
Public Parking Rates: Hourly rates vary at each lot, ranging from $1 – $2 per hour with a maximum daily charge of $14 – $17.50. These lots do not offer in/out privileges.
AFM Parking Permit: Special AFM parking permits have been arranged with the City of Santa Monica to provide the convenience of parking with in/out privileges for $125.
The Permit is valid Monday, October 30 to Wednesday, November 8 at the following TWO locations only:
- Civic Center Parking Structure – 333 Civic Center Drive at 4th Street
- Lot 4 South – 2030 Ocean Avenue
The cost to utilize this service is $125 per vehicle.
AFM Parking Permits can be purchased online with your badge order or sold separately through October 6.

Permits will be sold on October 30 through Wednesday, November 1 from Exhibitor Services in the Le Merigot Hotel – located next door to the Loews hotel.
Conference Parking: Participants are encouraged to take the AFM Shuttle to the AFM Conferences via the Green Line. The closest stop is in front of the Huntley Hotel conveniently located across the street from the Fairmont.
Valet parking or public lot parking is also an option.
- Fairmont Miramar Hotel Valet – day rate is $16.50 per vehicle
- City Lot, 1235 2nd Street – $14 all day
