Complimentary shuttle service is available from the Civic Center Parking Structure and Lot 4 South to the Loews and Le Merigot hotels from 7:00am to 10:00pm beginning Tuesday, November 3.
Due to extremely limited valet parking at the Loews and Le Merigot Hotels, the AFM encourages attendees to utilize the public parking options available throughout the city. There are over 6,200 parking spaces near the AFM. See the AFM Campus Map.
Public Parking Rates: Hourly rates vary at each lot, ranging from $1 – $2 per hour with a maximum daily charge of $14. These lots do not offer in/out privileges.
Special AFM parking permits have been arranged with the City of Santa Monica to provide the convenience of parking with in/out privileges for $125.
The Permit is valid Monday, Nov. 2 to Wednesday, Nov. 11 at the following TWO locations only:
The cost to utilize this service is $125 per vehicle.
The AFM recommends taking a shuttle to the Conferences. Parking at the Fairmont Hotel is limited and there is no self-parking.
The rate for valet is $16.50.
Public City Lot, 1235 2nd Street – $7 per day.
All AFM participants receive special offers and discounts throughout Santa Monica with their AFM badge. The full list of special offers and discounts for AFM 2015 will be available at www.SantaMonica.com/afm in October.
Attendees who purchase a full market or half market badge receive complimentary Wi-Fi in the Loews – your passcode and login instructions for Wi-Fi will be given to you at AFM Registration when you pick up your badge. This benefit is not included with the purchased of an individual Day Pass.
The AFM partners with Cellhire to bring you great deals on cell phone rentals and other wireless mobile solutions during the AFM. Cellhire provides equipment delivery to the location of your choice and 24-7 technical support for all rentals.
