As Head of Business Strategy, Operations and Legal Affairs at Live Nation Studios, Agin works across the company’s film, television and emerging content initiatives, helping drive strategy and identify opportunities across Live Nation’s broader global touring and production ecosystem. A veteran entertainment executive with more than two decades of experience, Agin spent the majority of her career at New Line Cinema, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs. During her tenure, she structured and negotiated deals across the studio’s theatrical and streaming slate, overseeing matters spanning development, financing, production, acquisitions and distribution, as well as talent, rights and complex domestic and international productions. Agin is also the founder of ALTYR, a wellness concierge company whose partners have included Soho House, Equinox, Chanel, lululemon and goop. She is a guest lecturer at USC Gould School of Law and UCLA School of Law’s Ziffren Institute and was previously named to The Hollywood Reporter’s “35 Under 35. Agin earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
