Meeting Tables

Meeting Tables are centrally located in the Exhibitor Pavilion on P1, one level below the main Market lobby and easily accessible via the front escalators.

The Meeting Table package includes: 1 table, 4 chairs, access to a divider and electricity, and 2 Exhibitor Badges. Limited to one table per company.

Companies seeking a more enclosed meeting environment may request placement within a shared Office with two other Meeting Table Exhibitors instead of the open-floor Pavilion location. Please indicate that preference on your Meeting Table Agreement.

IFTA Member Benefits At AFM

Independent Film & Television Alliance® (IFTA®) offers two levels of Membership – Voting and Affiliate – for independent finance, production, sales and distribution companies in the business of licensing or representing the licensing of rights for export of Theatrical Motion Pictures and/or Television Programming. IFTA Member Companies receive, in addition to year-round services, a number of benefits at AFM:

IFTA Voting Members with an AFM Exhibit Office Receive:

  • $1000 non-refundable credit for AFM26, activated prior to the final payment (after 50% has been paid)
  • Six (6) Exhibitor Badges vs three (3) for non-Members
  • Option to convert two (2) Exhibitor Badges into Visitor Badges at no cost
  • Option to convert Exhibitor Badge(s) to Buyer Badge(s) applies only to companies that are an Accredited Buyer

IFTA Affiliate Members with an AFM Exhibit Office Receive:

  • $500 non-refundable credit for AFM26, activated prior to the final payment (after 50% has been paid)
  • Four (4) Exhibitor Badges vs three (3) for non-Members
  • Option to convert Exhibitor Badge(s) to Buyer Badge(s) applies only to companies that are an Accredited Buyer

Screenings Discount

  • 15% discount on AFM Screenings for Office & Meeting Table Exhibitors

IFTA Voting Members with a Meeting Table Receive:
