    Thomas Livezey is a Thai–American producer and actor based in Los Angeles, known for his cross-cultural approach to storytelling and film development. He has collaborated with acclaimed Thai filmmaker Prachya Pinkaew (Ong Bak, Tom Yum Goong) and serves as a producing partner with Robert Dudelson, Executive Producer and co-founder of Dysfunctional Film and Taurus Entertainment. Thomas currently works with Buddy Production, representing the studio in the U.S. film market and international co-production ventures. Through this partnership, he bridges creative teams between Hollywood and Southeast Asia, helping expand Thailand’s visibility as a world-class filming destination. His background combines on-screen performance, creative production, and strategic development, with a focus on action, adventure, and culturally inspired projects that resonate globally.

    Mr. Tor Saralamba, assumed his duty of Consul-General of Thailand in Los Angeles since November 2021. He has his Master of Arts in International Political Economy as well as a Bachelor of Laws. His career as a diplomat began in 1996 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand (MFA Thailand), and his work experience spans over 29 years. He has held various important positions in several departments at the MFA and has been posted in Vietnam, Australia, Hungary, and now in Los Angeles.

    Jay Roewe Senior Vice President, Production Global Incentives & Production Planning HBO/HBOMAX/Warner Brothers Discovery Culver City, CA As Senior Vice President of Production, Global Incentives and Production Planning, Jay Roewe manages and oversees Film & TV incentives both domestically and internationally for all productions produced by HBO and HBOMAX. Jay works with production executives and filmmakers to decide where to film projects and helps facilitate the production process around the world. Roewe joined HBO in 1994, originally serving as Vice President of Production for HBO Pictures. In 2000, he began overseeing the miniseries division until 2010 when he was promoted to Head of Physical Production for all television scripted original productions. Roewe’s involvement with programs ranges from Real Time with Bill Maher and Game of Thrones to Succession and The Last of Us. Jay is a 40-plus year veteran of film and television production with experience in news, documentaries, music videos, television series and feature films. In 2019, Jay was given a Doctor of Letters Honorary Degree from Ulster University for his services to the Screen Industry in Northern Ireland for his work on Game of Thrones.
