HOSTING AN EVENT AT AFM
The AFM is now able to offer a variety of different venues onsite at its host venue, the Palms, for all your company/organization’s event needs. Whether you are looking to host a large party, intimate reception, happy hour, presentation, or other one-of-a-kind event, we have spaces that can accommodate 50 to 400 guests, some with spectacular views of the Las Vegas skyline. AFM is here to work with you to determine the best space along with the catering and AV you need to create the perfect event.

VENUES
Moon provides the perfect venue to host your company / organization’s AFM event. Whether you are looking to plan a large Party, Cocktail Reception or Award Presentation in the evening, an upscale Buyer’s Presentation in the afternoon or a private Breakfast event, Moon is an ideal option. Located on the top floor of the hotel, the space provides 360-degree views of Las Vegas, a retractable roof and a large outside patio area. The room offers a full bar setup, multiple screens to showcase videos as well as dedicated restrooms. The space can be booked for morning, afternoon and evening events.
The Celebrity Suite, located at the Palms’ Brenden Theatre, offers a fun, eclectic lounge-style space to entertain Buyers and guests and would work especially well for a pre- or post-AFM Screening event. The room offers multiple screens for your video needs, including to play trailers and promotional videos.
After 6pm, this multi-room space can be used to host events of all sizes big and small. Consisting of multiple rooms that can be configured for large parties to intimate cocktail receptions. Located on the Lobby level of the hotel, the space has two dedicated bars, great seating and features art from celebrated New York street artists. The venue also offers multiple screens to showcase trailers or promotional videos.
During the day, View is home to an AFM Lounge. After 6pm, the space can be turned into an exciting venue to host an evening event. Located one floor below the Moon space, the room offers great views of Las Vegas, a full bar setup, multiple screens to show videos as well as dedicated restrooms.
