While certain areas of The Palms are reserved exclusively for AFM, we do not own the hotel. It will remain fully open and operational to other hotel guests and the public throughout our stay. As such, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the hotel’s operational requirements and guidelines to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone. Please take note of several items in this Exhibitor Service Kit that are new, different or where the protocols and/or pricing has changed from previous Market years.  As you review this Kit and make your preparations, please pay special attention to the following items:

• Permitted and Prohibited Items – Food & Beverages

  NO Outside Food or Beverage items are permitted to be brought into Palms Casino Resort and used/served in Exhibitor Offices. All items must be purchased directly from the Palms Catering or Room Service. This also includes Water, Coffee Machines & Pods and Mini Refrigerators.   Available Rental Options – Deadline to Order is Oct. 11:
  • Water Coolers ($250 fee for cooler, which includes one (1) five (5) gallon bottled water. Each additional five (5) gallon bottled water are $35 a piece)
  • Nespresso Breville & Frother with Pods – fees starting at $750
  • Mini Refrigerators are available for rent at a cost of $250
• Catering & Room Service Options & Ordering – AFM has worked closely with The Palms to provide a range of in-room catering options, including coffee service and breakfast and lunch packages for your team and clients at a negotiated discounted rate. Please review the Catering Pre-Order Form which includes requirements and procedures for catering services. Additionally, a customized Room Service Menu will be available with no advance ordering needed.
• AFM Screenings – AFM is able to offer Evening Screenings starting at 7:00 PM or later are available for an additional fee of $200. Options for Monday screenings are available this year. Please review the Screenings Guidelines for details or contact the AFM Screenings Department directly for availability and pricing.
• Photography / Videography / Talent & Marketing – There are specific Palms Casino Resort protocols and restrictions in place. (See The Palms Guidelines)
• Parking Guidelines – Parking is Free Onsite. This includes both Valet & Self Park Options
• Guidelines for Bringing Minors to the AFM 
• Onsite Restaurant Guide & Reservation Resources – The Palms offers 9 sit-down dining establishments on-site, as well as grab-and-go Palms Pizza and The Eatery, its well-appointed food court. Three (3) restaurants will be open for Breakfast and seven (7) restaurants will be open for lunch. More information and how to book reservations will be shared with Exhibitors shortly.
