Will FrenchHead of Film & Television Finance, FallbrookWill French is one of the most prominent tax credit finance specialists in the film industry. He was among the first brokers and financiers of film tax credits in the nation, beginning in 2003 with the first-of-its-kind Louisiana transferable tax credit program. Through his network of operating companies, Mr. French has personally traded or financed more than $750MM of state film credits for more than 350 projects. In 2018, he joined a small start-up called The Forest Road Company, which he helped grow into the largest non-bank financier of tax credits in the United States and which ultimately purchased the market-leading Three Point Capital. In 2021, Mr. French left Forest Road and joined Fallbrook Financial Services, the largest trader of state tax credits in the country, where he leads the company’s film finance, tax credit administration, and tax credit consulting practices.

Scott GreenbergCo-Founder & Executive Chairman, Othelia TechnologiesScott Greenberg is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Othelia Technologies, the AI-native narrative design and management platform that assists content creators in the curation and control of story-driven IP. As a strategic investor and advisor, he oversees Othelia’s corporate strategy and industry partnerships.
Prior to Othelia, Greenberg was Co-Founder and CEO of the Emmy-winning animation studio Bento Box Entertainment, which was acquired by FOX in 2019. There, he managed all business and operational facets of the company that produces “Bob’s Burgers” for FOX and Prime Video’s “Hazbin Hotel,” among others. He also co-founded and was CEO of FOX’s next-gen unit Blockchain Creative Labs.
Before launching Bento Box, Greenberg was President and COO of Film Roman and Executive Vice President of Production at Starz Media, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Film Roman, which produced “The Simpsons,” “The Simpsons Movie” and “King of the Hill”; and Marvel’s “The Avengers” and “X-Men Evolution.”

Over the past decade, he has helped define and pioneer the language of immersive media—pushing early boundaries in virtual reality and augmented reality—and today is leading the charge in generative AI for film and animation.
In 2024, Bryn co-founded Asteria, an AI-driven film and animation studio, alongside Moonvalley, his AI visual intelligence company. Together, they built the first commercially safe professional-grade AI video model designed for Hollywood studios and global creators. By pairing Asteria’s creative leadership with Moonvalley’s technical breakthroughs, Bryn is demonstrating how cutting-edge AI tools can expand—not replace—the role of artists, empowering storytellers to create new worlds with unprecedented freedom while protecting intellectual property. His career has always fused creative vision with technological innovation. As co-founder of RYOT, he established one of the earliest and most influential immersive media studios, producing award-winning VR and AR documentaries that redefined how audiences experience global events. His work has earned two Academy Award nominations (Body Team 12, Lifeboat), ten Emmy nominations, five Peabody wins, and a Cannes Lion, among other honors.
Later, as founder of XTR and DOCUMENTARY+, he built a world-class documentary studio responsible for some of the most acclaimed nonfiction films of recent years. Now, through Asteria and Moonvalley Bryn is channeling his deep experience across film, documentary, immersive media, and emerging technology into shaping the future of storytelling—ensuring that the next revolution in cinema is driven by artistry, and imagination.

Through initiatives like AI on the Lot, Cinema Synthetica, and the LivingLab, FBRC.ai unites creators, technologists, and startups to prototype tools, develop IP, and reimagine media production for the AI era.
