If you will need accessible van transportation, please inform us at least two weeks in advance so we can arrange for the van and driver. Send your request to AFMaccessibility@IFTA-online.org. During the AFM, the Transportation Coordinator will require 15 minutes advance notice of when and where you will need each pick up.

Sign Language Interpreters

Attendees can request a sign language interpreter. Please email AFMaccessibility@IFTA-online.org with your request, including your full schedule, at least four weeks in advance. Interpreters are in high demand and their schedules fill up quickly so we cannot guarantee their availability.

Sign language interpreters are available for AFM sponsored events only. Interpreters for private events – parties, meals, etc. – are the responsibility of the participant.
